Kim Morrow is Aster Talent’s Head of Professional Development. She partners with buy-side firms across the country on a wide range of talent initiatives supporting both investment and non-investment professionals.

A coach, workshop facilitator and public speaker, Kim works with talent across all levels and functions to enhance performance, communications skills and team alignment. She also partners with leaders to address critical internal issues related to employee engagement, professional development and people management.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a 4th generation San Franciscan and currently resides in Orinda, California with her husband and two children.
